Spring Smoothie

  1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  1 tblsp ground flaxseeds (optional)

  1/2 cup of coconut water (you can add a little extra if you don’t like it thick)

  7-10 pieces of frozen mango

  1 banana

  handful of spinach (you can add a little more if you’d like)

  Blend these together using a high powered blender like VitaMix and enjoy!
